各位巨巨晚安
來巨塔這報到也兩個禮拜了
健身知識也點滴在吸收
但因為實在太菜了還是厚著臉皮弱弱的來發問
新手如我現在一進健身室就去機械式那邊報到
想說有機械輔助應該對於姿勢的要求沒那麼嚴格
但幾次不同教練不斷在我身邊滴咕我的姿勢問題
應該不盡然是話術
倒是真有點擔心了
爬文在講姿勢的主要都是在講深蹲、史密斯等進階自由重量
看影片也看不出我跟巨巨們的姿勢細節差在哪
想問的是
如果機械式姿勢不對的話
究竟會導致甚麼後果
白做工練辛酸?
但同個部位幾組下來其實也是有酸的感覺
受傷?
機械式受傷的機率大嗎?
還是以後會身體不對稱?脊椎側彎?長短腳?
所以機械式重量訓練也有買一對一時數的必要嗎
有的話大概要買幾堂才夠呢
想說心裡有個底再去跟教練談
