請問鄉親有人的硬舉是比較類似他這樣,
腳掌的位置會比肩稍窄,同時會有些外八
起槓時膝蓋會有點開 (膝蓋方向基本還是跟著腳掌的方向)

抓舉的影片,起槓時腳的位置就更明顯.
我發現我作傳統硬舉時,腳的位置像他這樣擺,起槓時雙腿最有力量
如果要像一般常見的 腳掌與肩同寬 的站姿我反而力量不是那麼出的來
而且動作也不是那麼順暢,就是會有點不順 卡卡的.
請問用這種方法作硬舉對膝蓋 腳踝會不會有不好的影響呢?
還是說我身體覺得這樣最順其實就這樣作就是最適合我的?
再補充一下,我用這樣的站姿有個很大的差異就是
幾乎是起槓的一瞬間就可以馬上感受到來自臀部的力量,
同時我作六角槓時也是一樣,用這樣的站姿最舒服.
