橢圓機怎麼練才比得上跑步機? - 健身

各位先進好
小弟177/65的白斬雞一隻
最近剛開始試著養成運動習慣一個月左右
本來的有氧方式是跑步機,跑1hr/9-10km左右、一週約4次
但我本身膝蓋不好(蹲下膝蓋會有喀喀聲、大便蹲久膝蓋會痛只能上坐式馬桶)
最近有次跑完隔天發現膝蓋爆痛,走路掰咖那種,嚇得不敢再跑
選擇的替代方案是橢圓機(萵苣的那種)
但踩了幾天總覺得不太適應
阻力調重的話踩不太動只能慢慢踩,感覺像老人散步,調輕的話又感覺輕飄飄的,而且動太快感覺抓不太住機器
目前是調到12,踩的過程覺得大腿很酸,但沒有跑步那種喘的感覺,跑完一小時感覺也不太累,重點是我看面板的卡路里消耗才7.x-8.x而已,如果我沒有理解錯誤的話那應該是每分鐘消耗,那乘起來1hr才燒4-500大卡而已,跟跑步機1hr7xx比起來也太不划算了吧...
上網查了一下很多文章都說不推橢圓機
想請問橢圓機是真的天生效率低,還是因為我不太會使用才沒啥效果呢?
要怎麼調整運動效果才能不輸跑步?
或者有沒有推薦什麼有氧器材/運動適合膝蓋不好的人呢?(除了游泳,我不太會...)
