學校餐廳很便宜
配菜都是吃到飽,而且還提供無限豆漿 (甜)
我想請問如果我一天其中一餐是
主菜(肉) + 大量蔬菜 + 豆腐 + 蛋 + 大量甜豆漿
沒有飯和麵等食物
這樣吃是否能減肥
甜豆漿能取代飯和麵嗎 ?
這樣吃算健康還是不健康 ?
