心得分享:國二升國三 (欸
體育班的
從小六開始講好了
小六下學期開始減 從48瘦到46
(週一到五晨跑約1000M,那時候晚餐沒吃)
直到暑假,正式進了國中體育班
那時候練籃球,肌力訓練比較頻繁+訓練很累可能爆吃
一度胖到55
一下因女籃解散進了游泳隊 立志減肥
(P.S. 上學期的體重 可能長的真的是肌肉 因為到了銜接的寒假,
51、52的體重一個禮拜降到48.8)
一下,游泳,那時候從不會游泳的浮板瘋狂踢水期到自由式連續游
3月的48.8到 最瘦時期 8月底的42.5
我們的訓練是 週一到週五下午15:50~17:30
(想一想那時候真的超有決心...現在整個腐敗....)
我記得這時候訓練完沒吃晚餐 比小六那時候糟糕
晚上睡覺肚子都會靠夭!!!!!
可是二上就漸漸胖了(心態目標是健康檢查的身高體重數字要好看)
做完健檢那天43.7
一個禮拜吃喝就胖到45.5 到現在的46~47
很想在9月前回到43的水準!!!!
我是想暑假一周2天跑步 (我家住山上,補習完慢跑回家)
然後1周1~2天去游泳 保持體力
可以再給我更好建議嗎Q___________Q?
(P.S.43那時期我阿嬤一直說我胸部都不見了....我這....)
