其實我也是對BMI跟體脂要求很嚴格的人
前陣子被大家批得要死的那位板友
我對他還蠻有同感的@@
我自己BMI 終於衝上18
體脂正努力往20前進
目前除了對自己的腰腹及胸部(XD沒辦法)不滿意以外
其他數據都有達到FG還啥的程式計算出來的黃金比例
所以我理所當然的對隨身攜帶游泳圈的男友感到不滿
可是要求他減肥之後
他雖然增加了運動量 同時每天只吃一餐..................
我怎麼說他就是告訴我 先瘦下來再說...
問題是減肥是為了健康
重訓是為了將來的美食儲備戰鬥力啊!
如果不能享受美食 那還有什麼意義啊@@
不是說甜點都不能吃 而是相較於PIERRE HERMES 多那之金礦跟噴沒兩樣啊
既然人生的熱量有限 當然不要浪費在不新鮮的食物或是貴鬆鬆的噴上面啊!
我該怎麼勸他比較有效呢?
