正金字塔組數問題 - 健身

大家好,小弟加入健身房已經一個月了
我現在練法是採用正金字塔
一個動作挑2~3個動作
重量是輕到重,次數也是從多到少
做到最後一組的次數約6~8下
可是我不太懂是照下面哪個做
(之前都是用第一種)
假如滑輪下拉練背這一個動作
我現在是
5kg=15下 x3
10kg=12下 x3
15kg=10下 x3
20kg=8下 x3
25kg=6下 x3
共十五組
還是
5kg=15下
10kg=12下
15kg=10下
20kg=8下
25kg=6下
共五組
爬文了還是不太清楚
只好麻煩請教各位巨巨和高手了
