早餐:燕麥70g+義美無糖豆漿300cc+葡萄乾堅果1湯匙
弄完就一杯這樣。
困擾:就有些吃不飽,感覺當下還可以在吃一杯
但我又想要控制每餐每點(等於一天吃6餐)的熱量約在350-500
早點:燕麥棒2個,熱量380
困擾:好想再吃第3根。

午餐:地瓜2大條(有時候可以吃3條) +大份青菜*2份
困擾:當下有飽,吃完下午1點約2點就餓。
午點:撐到3點吃吃燕麥棒1個 + 水果1份

晚餐:自助餐飯 + 青菜*2 + 肉1份
困擾:無。我反而覺得晚餐是最有飽足的時刻
晚點:一份水果

請問這種狀況是正常的嘛?
還是說我吃太少?
我基代約1200 應該可以吃到1800 這樣應該是差不多才對...
