是的
我是女生,28歲,體脂25%,
超出17%~24%的標準值了,是該更加把勁減脂。> <
有氧有在認真做喔!
(一週超過三天,一次超過40分鐘,心跳超過130)
可是重訓...真的不是我不做啦!Q_____Q
而是我第四第五腰椎,『椎間盤突出』。
之前做了好久的復健才好的。
醫師告誡我,要跟squat,leg press,都說掰掰...
不過下肢還有救吧....
可以做一些不會腰部承受壓力的器材,
但一次就只能練單一肌群,
不像squat,leg press一樣一次可以練到多組大肌群,
還是很惆悵啊.....
問題更大的上肢來了,
原po去年十月車禍,左手手肘『粉碎性骨折』> <
接下來又是一連串痛苦的復健.....
半年內關節活動度就恢復到逼近未受傷的水準,
每個復健科醫生都說這已經是奇蹟了!
可是要使力我真的沒辦法....
是連做脫衣服,梳打結的頭髮等動作都會疼痛。
這種情形....應該只能眼睜睜的看著我的手臂肌肉萎縮下去了吧....
(今天量:上肢的皮下脂肪率已經高過骨骼肌率了....)
重訓的問題問過骨科醫師和復健科醫師當然都說不行....
不知道有沒有跟我同樣受傷的板友,
大家都是怎麼keep fit的....
真的只能一直有氧有氧有氧有氧了嗎?
或許我的手真的只能看開點不去動他,讓她慢慢復原?

女生的cup到底會影響多少體脂肪率啊?(好奇)
