最近小弟在重排課表,參考了水肥葛格的多篇文章,有提到說傳統健美式訓練往往overtr
aining,一個部位一天練9組就好,並加入分歧話概念,不過如果下半身也只練9組(上半
身覺得差不多) ,似乎相當不夠。想問說要一次練20組 一週兩次(只練腿) 還是說可以一
週練3~4次腿 每次九組(其他時間練上半身) 那一種增肌效率較高呢?
