因為我最近有在控制熱量,以及補充高蛋白,
結果發現體重沒有下降,還好像多了一點
所以想到了這一個很奇怪的問題。
但是我想了想,會不會真的有可能?
蛋白質每克4卡 脂肪每克八卡
假設吃下去的蛋白質被有效吸收,而消耗的熱量都是脂肪的話
吃1000卡的蛋白質,消耗1000卡的熱量
會等於增加250克 減少125克
相加減還會多重125克
人體是這樣運作的嗎?
