當事人女,31歲,身高163
因為兩年胖了四公斤,覺得該養成運動的習慣
於是從五月初開始,星期一到星期六,都會快走大約40-50分。
通常是前十分鐘速度大約是跑步機設3,後來大約調到5-5.7,走到大約50分結束。
那時還沒開始認真看fitness版,只知道每天運動別超過一小時
後來隨意走入fitness版,發現可以去康是美量體脂。
結果如下...

體脂率 23.8% 25.2% 26.6% 27.4%

前3個都是omaron手握式的(聽說重0.6kg?),第4個是腳踩的。
其實在家裡量的體重都差異不大,所以第4個不曉得是不是型號不同才變輕
但量的時間都不太一樣,前三個是快中午,第四個是下午三點。
被警告這樣體脂有點超標了
可以請問一下為什麼每天運動,三餐都有吃,沒有節食,體脂卻越來越高嗎?
