每天都運動到底是好還是不好? - 減肥

原本是為了讓自己有運動的習慣所以加入true yoga, 因為在公司附近,
有空就跑去上瑜珈課, 後來為了想減肥就去嘗試有氧, 結果跳出興趣了,
減肥現在對我來說變成次要的, 現在的目的是為了健康,
因為教練們都說的太有道理了!!!!
從4月到現在, 只要沒出差就去運動, 已經幾乎是每天都去報到了
最近朋友跟我說每天都運動反正不好, 一定要休息, 而我身體也沒有什麼特別的痠痛
以下是我每週運動的項目, 請各位大大告訴我這樣到底好不好....
星期一: body combat + 飛輪 = 2hrs
星期二: 曲線雕塑 (就是有點像鄭多燕啦!) = 1hr
星期三: body combat + hi-low = 2hrs
星期四: 曲線雕塑 = 1hr
星期五: 伸展瑜珈 + 皮拉提斯 = 2hrs
星期六: 曲線雕塑 + body combat + 伸展雕塑 = 3hrs
星期日: 飛輪 + x有氧 + hi-low = 3hrs
結果我被朋友訓說我有點運動過頭了, 但是....我就覺得好玩嘛! 這樣的不好嗎?
