原本標題想下每日攝取乳清XDDD
看了非常多影片與爬了不少文章以後
像是馬尾哥就建議一日攝取0.75~1*pound g
威力大好像是2.2*kg g
對於一般人像我這種還在死肥宅階段來說

每日攝取就要 以馬尾哥的低標標準 140.25g
威力版主的標準 187g
算一算我每天吃正常食物的量配合我剛買的MP乳清(因為家裡外食實在很難攝取這麼多)
我一天塞到這樣量感覺非常辛苦
請問像我這種訓練大約一年左右的新手 也是該吃到187g嗎?
