我都是早上起床後就到健身房的類型,
早上的話畢竟難眠精神會較差一點,有時感覺精神或身體還沒醒這樣.
所以我歌都是選節奏比較明快的類型.
例如我很喜歡Misia,但她的歌我就完全不考慮在運動時聽...
加上我偏愛女聲我都是挑kpop女團的音樂,另外有些ACG主題曲也很適合

聽起來就蠻容易有精神的,曲子的節奏也不錯,不會太快或太慢.

這種整體音樂比較高亢明亮的歌曲感覺比較適合早上想打起精神時聽.
