身為愛麵一族的我,想請教板上的各位,
排除掉精緻的米食,米飯可以有糙米飯、五穀飯等等的選擇,
完整的澱粉類吃地瓜或馬鈴薯也是很好,
但身為熱愛麵食的我,對於麵食內心總有種遺憾,
因為市面上的麵食都是已經精製的麵粉作為原料,
如果喜歡吃麵,但又想要攝取較好的澱粉質,
我之前是有吃綠豆冬粉當做主食,綠豆澱粉相較來說熱量較低,
也比馬鈴薯澱粉做的冬粉來得口感較好。
但以健康、營養均衡來說,我不確定這是不是一個好的選擇。
不知道板上的各位有沒有比較好的做法可以分享一下呢?謝謝
