我們習慣把健身飲食跟短期的瘦身節食劃上等號,一開始我也是如此。
當了五年的空服員,在2013年蘇力颱風服勤之後,
換上嚴重的失眠症跟極度憂鬱。
想到要服勤隔日早班,就算吃了安眠藥也睡不著,一直哭到天亮,
太疲憊的身心自己也不敢服勤,於是連續請假。
2014年,在朋友與家人的支持下,憂鬱的狀況減少,
但睡眠問題一直干擾著我。
有時候甚至可以三個晚上睡不著(三個晚上中還服勤一個長班),
一晚睡不好,我的情緒會低潮,想法會開始變悲觀。
2015年,我開始將失眠的負面能力轉換成動力。
因為高中讀雄中體育班,一直以來都有運動習慣。
上大學後,繼續運動只是不想要看見自己變胖。

開始飛行時,運動,漸漸變成我尋找成就感的方式。
特別是2015年後開始。
工作時,120%的耐心全部給陌生人,人生時間的規劃權交給公司。
回頭看看那些值得我耐心對待且愛我的人,是怎麼樣被下班後的我糟蹋,
卻還是一樣在我需要他們時,一刻不緩的出現;
他們值得我花時間一起慶祝特別時刻,他們的生日,他們求婚的過程乃至婚禮,
甚至只是一頓他們需要有人談心的晚餐,我卻無法把時間規劃給他們。
還在飛得時候,
很多人問我「你一個禮拜運動幾天?你到底怎麼辦到的?下了班後你還可以去運動!」
因為我在工作時找不到成就感,運動只是為了滿足成就感;
也因為自己失眠,長班回來後睡不著,我會換上運動鞋去河邊跑個10公里。
這些過程中,我漸漸學到如何平衡內心對現況的不滿。
漸漸的,運動在我的生活裡,不再只是一種瘦身方式,它是一種生活態度;
我曾經是個超級大夜店咖,數年前每個禮拜至少要出去喝酒玩耍兩次,
甚至飛了個長班工作14個小時,一落地,馬上衝當地的夜店。
爾後,健身佔我生活比例越來越多時,我開始減少喝酒的次數,熬夜的機會。
出去玩熬夜喝酒,會影響我隔天的訓練表現,那我寧願早一點睡覺,
隔天從運動當中獲取成就感。
因為如此,我越來越理解自己重視生活中哪些部份:
外站的花花綠綠世界,已經不及我對於生活平衡的渴望。
我渴望與親密的家人朋友有更多的連結,我想要腳踏實地的幸福感,
我希望大部分的飲食是吃的安心,我喜歡每天早上醒來在同一張床上的安全感。
2016年,我決定要讓自己遠離安眠藥跟亢憂鬱和抗焦慮的藥丸,
我選擇離開了許多女生的夢想工作和一份不錯的薪水。
離開航空業。
這幾個月來,認真的睡覺,和在對的時間點飲食,
雖然我的訓練量沒有增加,體重也沒有變輕,
但是體態已經開始改變。

我理解到,瘦身跟節食,都有時間效性,沒有人可以吃一輩子的減肥餐。
生活型態如果不改變,不把正確的睡眠飲食習慣當成生活態度,
那麼,註定是要不斷的復胖,一直輪迴在瘦身的挫折中。
我以前在這裡發過健身成果文章,當時還在飛行,
跟失眠抗戰,跟不能定時定量用餐所苦,
健身成果一直很挫折。
所有人瘦身的痛苦,我幾乎都經歷過。
(沒有廚房,工作日夜顛倒,睡眠不足,各國美食誘惑,
機上食物又油又膩,下班累慘慘沒體力運動...等)
而我離開航空業,只求能夠有規律的正常作息,
真正的把健康當成生活態度。
