每日訓練的部位問題 - 健身

菜鳥我每兩天上一次健身房,主要訓練上半身,胸、肩、腹部等等,
然後隔天自己在家用啞鈴訓練手臂主要是二頭肌。
可是我常常發現練完二頭,肩膀很容易也覺得隱隱的痠痛,
剛剛甚至胸肌也在我洗碗的時候痠痛了一下,
練二頭的時候如果手臂角度往前也會用到肩膀,
所以我在練的時候會避免前傾,
我上網看、聽人說不要每天練同一個部位,
不然會有反效果,
想請教我這樣會害肩膀練不大嗎?
