抱歉,做為新手剛開始鍛鍊兩個月
目前使用習慣是一週去運動五天
每次固定訓練六台機器
大腿推舉機(Leg press)
胸飛鳥訓練機or胸推訓練機
坐姿划船訓練機 or 滑輪下拉
腹部前屈訓練機
座式二頭肌訓練機(biceps)
坐式三頭肌訓練機(seated dip)
現在有個疑問,像這樣每次鍛練都是每個部位各選一台可以嗎?
網路上的菜單好像都是一天專注一個部位....
很擔心這樣子運動是不是有什麼問題
