因為不喜歡重訓過後身體的酸痛感
所以運動幾乎都是以有氧運動為主
這幾年開始覺得肌力應該提升一下
不求練得很強壯,只求肌力可以應付日常需要就好
為了強迫自己做重訓,還特別去找菜市場搬菜的工作打工
菜頭、冬瓜、芋頭、洋蔥、馬鈴薯、地瓜、玉米、大頭菜,整箱整袋搬
一週一次,一次四小時,雖然負擔不大
但每次打工搬菜完後身體的酸痛感,都讓我很想離職
請問這種酸痛感,可以克服嗎?
