個人現在的飲食狀況是
7點 早餐 BAGEL+無糖豆漿
10點 早點 水果(芭樂或蘋果半顆)
12點半 午餐 自家帶的便當(公司時間就是12點半放飯= =就這麼奇怪)
15點 午點 水果(剩下的半顆)
18點 回家吃飯
但是,只要是吃完水果後,過半個小時就會開始有點餓
再半個小時就開始會極度想咬東西,
而且是餓到肚子會叫的那種餓,
不知道是水果助消化還是怎麼樣@@
搞到我不敢亂吃水果。
基本上我是每15分鐘就喝水一次的,一天灌兩瓶1000CC以上
還不算回家喝的,
所以我想不會是水喝不夠多
但這種少量多餐的方式好像不能維持保足感說…
不知道大家有沒有其他的方式可以讓自己不會一直感到過度飢餓
