板娘大哥最喜歡什麼都弄熱熱來吃了 A_A
如大哥常說的
【常溫或溫熱飲食原因】
體內溫度每增加攝氏0.5度,基礎代謝率就會增加7%,所以發燒到42度高溫
的病人,其基礎代謝率就會增加50%。(沒事不要亂生病= =)
低溫的外在環境,會促使身體增加基礎代謝率,以便製造額外的熱度以供應體溫
所需。(所以啦,可以舒舒服服待冷氣房運動就沒必要穿雨衣去外面脫水啦)
再者,運動前先沖熱水澡或以熱飲溫熱身體、活絡血液循環,除了助於心肺系統
暖機或運動前熱伸,也較易收事半功倍之效。
前幾天看到有人問肉桂營養棒的替代品
身為肉桂控的我忍不住浮出水面分享個自己常吃 方便又容易上手的點心
[準備]
蘋果 一顆
紅糖/砂糖/黑糖 隨性
肉桂粉 隨性
奶油 少許(可加可不加)
檸檬* 半顆(可加可不加)
[做法]
1. 蘋果洗淨 從頂端1/4處切開
2. 用湯匙去核 但不要挖空
(如果不慎挖穿就把子去掉 剩下的蘋果像軟木塞那樣塞回去中心)
3. 填入事先混和好的 糖和肉桂粉
(喜歡微酸口感的可擠半顆檸檬汁進去)
4. 頂端塞上一小塊奶油
5. 蓋上蘋果蓋
6. 整顆蘋果以烘培紙包緊 放進烤箱 --180度C 40分鐘
