哈囉 各位好
小弟自住 無冰箱 只有個萬用鍋
目前正規劃自己的水煮餐盒菜單
原則上每天一早起床準備當天午餐
1. 白麵條/馬鈴薯/地瓜
2. 杏鮑菇(撒胡椒鹽)
3. 水煮蛋*2
4. 玉米筍/燙A菜/高麗菜 (淋胡麻醬)
5. 小番茄數顆
6. 玉米粒(罐裝)
想請問以上內容
是否有哪邊能修正的嗎?
尤其在無冰箱條件下...
