我在看這部影片時,感覺和我教練教的跟其他youtube影片的內容不一樣。
像他這樣閃膝蓋的動作,不會增加下背的壓力嗎?
另外,我以為槓鈴應該在足部中間,但即使有軀幹、下肢的比例差異,他落到這麼外面是有可能
的嗎?
