他們在練抗打能力的時候
都會被捶肚子
有的甚至被踩肚子
讓肚皮硬硬的 比賽被打比較不會痛
我想請問的是
一般人沒是捶自己的肚子
久而久之也能讓腹肌硬硬的
然後有六塊肌或八塊肌的線條嗎?
