最近開始寫飲食日誌
自己因為體重關係 基代有1790多
開始飲食控制和運動有一段時間了
可能是因為開始自己做菜 調味都盡量清淡
有時候會吃不太下 (明明以前就很會吃)
不知道是因為運動完還是天氣太熱或是調味太淡
所以食慾都不太好
有幾天都沒過基代 也很沒精神 @____@
像今天吃很飽了 但還是沒過基代 才1400多卡
下午去健身房消耗了五百卡左右
那這時候 要硬塞食物嗎?還是沒過基代也沒關係?
