沒青菜可以吃啦 - 健身

目前在減脂 但是身為學生外食族
又因為學校地處偏僻 只能選學校的自助餐
可是自助餐的菜都好油好油 很明顯都能看到
本身自己夾的大概都像這樣(午晚餐):
一碗飯+豆腐+荷包蛋+1~2份清蒸雞肉+3份超油的菜
在一開始還會刻意去過水 後來就懶了 通通吞下肚
宿舍又不能開火 沒辦法自理
目前想幾個辦法 1.中餐照吞 晚餐改吃 豆漿+白煮蛋+地瓜...
2.青菜量變少 水果多一點
自己還蠻喜歡吃菜的 可是又沒得選
盡量不餓這樣子 請問還能有什麼辦法呢?
運動量應該是沒問題
