體脂率:36%(3個禮拜前量的)

三餐內容
早餐:在好市多買美生菜(6個1袋的那種),每天吃1條的1半,再灑點堅果及蔓越莓
喝自製的黑咖啡加鮮奶(有時間的話會在吃100g優格)
午餐:素食便當少飯,飯大概1個拳頭大小,有時會吃素排
下午:餓的話會吃小點心或是水果
晚餐:美生菜+堅果及蔓越莓,罐頭鮪魚或靖魚或5塊雞塊(烤箱),
1顆蘋果(有時會改吃桂格美味大燕麥片)
其他:要睡前餓的話會喝市售的沖泡五穀或是紅酒
日常作息時間:7點起床,晚上12點睡
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
幾乎每天都有運動,除了mc來不舒服外
騎市內腳踏車15鐘,心跳數約110~130-->鄭多燕20分鐘-->腳踏車30分鐘
我的問題:這樣實行大概3個禮拜,第1個禮拜,體脂降0.7%
體重大概降了0.9公斤,之後就沒去健身房,就沒量...
老實說有被體脂嚇到,才下定決心要減肥,曾一度認為健身房的
體脂計壞掉了。。。但不管如何下降的體脂才是重點,
因為要一直執行下去,希望大家能幫我看看我的菜單有沒有問題
或是需要改進的,感謝大家!!
