重新開始運動超過一週了,每天都運動60-90分鐘,運動完精神很好心情也很好。但因為是去健身房,每次做重訓,教練就會跳出來說東說西的,還會約我面談說有氧運動只會減重不會減脂且會降低基礎代謝率,要我一星期改運動四天就好,兩天重訓兩天有氧。如果我不會正確的使用器材,就不要做重訓不然身體只會變差。
聽完他說的話雖然知道有些不是正確的,但心情變很差。我喜歡運動想要單純的運動不行嗎?為何要把運動弄得那麼複雜和好像怎麼做都不對一樣:((
