泳技很差,減得了肥嗎? - 減肥

原PO本來有登山5小時的體能
讀研究所越忙越胖 體型走樣 體力也很差
今年夏天有4KG要減
夏天最舒服的運動就是到泳池
但原PO只會拿浮板打水
今天花了1小時(很喘時會休息1-2分鐘)
打了500M(來回10趟)
打個不停 覺得好累 回到家頭昏眼花
不知道只游500M有沒有減肥效果?
如果沒有就當練體能吧
反正月票都辦嘍!
