活動度不佳無法背槓深蹲 - 健身

各位大大好
女友本身活動度不佳,之前她在高背槓深蹲的時候,左手手肘內側都會超級不舒服(痛到麻,右手不會),跟她一起試著調整、洽詢教練都無法解決,甚至看醫生討論只說要她別做這個動作?
看板上有些人靠伸展能解決,但我看一般都是肩膀的問題,沒人提過手肘內側會痛,因為希望她能夠不要放棄提高重量的訓練(目前都用小重量壺鈴在練),想問有什麼伸展方法可以推薦,或曾有一樣手肘痛的大大改善方式嗎?謝謝各位巨巨們~
