前幾天去測inbody
數值如下
男
年齡:29
身高:169
體重:74.4
肌肉量:54.6
骨骼肌:32.9
體脂肪:22.6
基礎代謝率:1600出頭
內臟脂肪:10
雖然四肢看起來都是肌肉
但肚子很大
平常都是以外食
以前一個月大概吃兩次鹹酥雞
天天喝飲料
目前戒掉飲料一個月已經掉了快3公斤(量之前一個月77)
我是去診所測的
算一算也大概快八年沒有運動了
(有 但是斷斷續續)
護理師是說飯吃太快
進食順序要改
然後要多運動
目前是想說每天運動一個小時
飲食不變
但進食順序改變
騎腳踏車:30分鐘 中高強度
然後用仰臥起坐半 只做一半
做到很酸可以做15分鐘

剩15分鐘就改練測腹肌
連續一個小時
請問這樣能消掉內臟脂肪嗎?
