接到了同學的line,他傳給我一篇文章,宣傳生酮飲食(屬於極低碳水化合物飲食)的好
處,問我看法如何。
我回了他一張去年發表,刊在Lancet public health 的 ARIC 研究圖表,縱軸是總死亡
率,橫軸是食物中碳水化合物的比例

可以看出,這是一個U型曲線,碳水化合物太多或太少都是不好的,碳水化合物佔飲食
50-55%時是最好的,而且當碳水化合物佔小於20趴的總飲食時,死亡率升高了50%
很多人用生酮飲食後減了體重,也感覺健康,但是生酮飲食必需要能提出證據,推翻這篇
ARIC研究的結論。
