消化系統差吃不胖 - 健身

本人曾經試驗過 只要正餐吃的是米飯類 例如排骨飯滷肉飯等等 便便 都是正常的
偏稍硬 至少不是很軟的 但是只要吃麵食類 例如 烏龍麵 一般的油麵 隔天的便便
幾乎都是接近落賽 等級的 稍偏稀 如果那幾天真的又是落賽又吃麵 那等於都是白白
吃下去的 出來都是落賽了 況且吃麵製類的 如肉包 豬肉餡 披薩 等 都很容易腹瀉
尤其吃到泡麵的更明顯 隔天都是落賽 真的很氣餒 自己又喜歡吃麵食類
又想吃胖 (偏瘦型) 有瘦子是跟我類似情形嗎?吃下去的東西很不容易吸收 易腹瀉
是否該看個腸胃科的 還是有甚麼有效方法 謝謝
