我知道吃消夜對身體不好
可是因為工作的關係,常常會忙到半夜兩、三點
八點吃的晚餐,到現在也餓了,而且餓到受不了
請問
在一定要吃點東西才睡得著的前提下
有沒有甚麼適當的宵夜可以推薦的嗎?
最好是「鹹」的,比較令人有飽足感
吃水果真是越吃越餓,而且還很開胃......
