深夜運動完,可以喝水嗎 - 美體

因為是夜校生的關係,回到家都已經十點多
每天都差不多晚上十一點半開始騎xbike
阻力3,時速29~31
不到十分鐘汗是用滴的
運動半小時,拉完筋後會覺得很渴,不喝水會受不了
請問深夜運動完,適量或大量補充水份的話
這樣會造成水腫嗎?
