小弟是小小的醬料學生,看到這個有感而發地回應一下
基本上人體的脂肪組織大致分布在兩個地方
1. Superficial fascia
也就是你自己手捏自己腰邊肉捏得起來的地方
一般來說肥肥的地方都是這裡
2. Visceral fat
也就是在各種內臟器官周邊的脂肪組織
不管我們怎麼減重降低體脂肪都不可能降成0
因為還會剩下一點點在visceral fat
visceral fat很重要的功能是緩衝,薄薄的一層就可以承受不少衝擊
而superficial fascia的位置大約是在皮膚下5mm的地方
(有吃過三層肉、東坡肉的大概就長那樣 __ . __)
胖子跟瘦子最大的差別就在這裡
有些看起來很精壯的人,可是superficial fascia厚的跟什麼似的
有線條的胖子大概就是在說這種
一般來說有氧運動可以消去的也大多是superficial fascia
所以大家在減重的同時,建議還是要有氧跟重訓同時並行
才能變成健康有線條的瘦子喔!
