深蹲 膝蓋後面外側的筋痛 - 健身

各位巨巨大家好 第一次發文請見諒
小弟是最近一個月才開始做深蹲這個動作
一開始效果很不錯 該酸的地方都有酸
但是最近幾次深蹲 過程中膝蓋後面偏向外側
筋都會很痛 (一週蹲兩次 大概70公斤含槓
次數5*5) 不知道是姿勢不良還是肌力不足
所造成的 請有這方面知識的巨巨為小弟解惑
