本人體重68公斤,常態深蹲是90公斤,10下10組
最近感覺越來越適應,就開始挑戰蹲100kg
先以3下為一組試試,但是已經超過我體重太多,而且我看健身房蹲到這個重量的人都會
戴腰帶,我今天3下一組,蹲5組
過程中感覺沒什麼問題,除了做到第4組有開始力竭,這樣我需要買腰帶嗎?
