各位要小心啊
我以後有陰影不敢做 什麼啞鈴舉 或是啞鈴深蹲了
可能是我先天構造不佳 或是操作不當
練身體健康 搞到要開刀 得不償失~~ (平常工作性質不用搬重物)
我大概這一年3~5~7.5KG 可能求好心切,操作速度什麼都太快了
導致受傷
我相信很多人也都是買啞鈴自己練而已
需要腹部出力的動作,都有風險,別忽略、別小看!要小心
