深蹲姿勢會翹腳尖? - 健身

最近在練深蹲 爬了版上的深蹲文
自認姿勢上都有做到
1. 膝蓋不超過腳尖
2. 大小腿≦90度
但每次把重心放後腳跟下蹲時
都會不經意翹起腳尖
這樣算正常姿勢嗎 @@?
一把心思放在腳尖 重心又會前傾
還請深蹲前輩們幫忙解答~
另外想問 上半身一定要挺立嗎?
若是與地板平行(屁股朝後)可嗎?
