各位巨巨好
我已經重訓約一年多了,看了水肥大的文章對力量訓練產生憧憬(其實是健美練不起來)
菜單是 Bill Starr 5*5力量訓練
開始訓練的前六周都有穩地定的成長
不過最近卡關了將近1個月 並且偶爾做深蹲時候會感覺到膝蓋不適
想說是不是我的動作有什麼問題 上來請教各位巨巨

平常是自由槓 剛好這天自由槓排太多人 只好用史密斯 (交大健身房人好多...)
身高170公分
體重75~76公斤
體脂18~20%
深蹲5RM為110公斤
