我很喜歡深蹲
主要是因為深蹲是我進步算很多的
講起來也不怕人笑但是我從完全不會
然後60 70 80 90 100 花了半年達到110KG
算是很有成就感
昨天開心的做完110KG
也沒有覺得做的很脫力
晚點搬著一點小東西從樓梯走下來的時候
腳軟了
我直接摔了五六階樓梯
趴在地上一分鐘爬不起來
然後我的屁股變成淺淺的階梯形狀......
今天整個屁股一片深紅色
還好沒有傷到骨頭
真的以後深蹲完 走路要走慢一點
走樓梯可能多少要扶一下才行
