深蹲完都接什麼動作? - 健身

以前深蹲完後面都會接硬舉
但現在發現這樣好像太累,會導致硬舉效果不好
於是今天深蹲練完就跑去練腿和臀,做了一些機械式器材
有些器材動作也有點像深蹲,有點重複練同肌群的感覺~~~

好奇問問大家深蹲完都會接哪些動作@@"~?會有腿推機嗎?
