我只想請教一個困擾已久的問題
深蹲下去前,道底吸氣是往腹腔送,讓肚子鼓起,還是該直接往胸腔吸
讓胸腔闊張?
很多文章都建議腹式呼吸,但腹式呼吸會讓肚子鼓起
鼓起後,要繃緊的話,一定又會縮小,又要把腹腔的氣往上擠壓,感覺不太順
其二,很多人用腰帶,腰帶繫上的話,肚子根本鼓不起來
如何腹式吸氣?
如果直接用鼻子把氣往胸腔深吸,此時胸腔會往上闊張,縮腹部,吸完後再用力緊閉
腹肌、闊背同時出力把胸腔往下擠到最穩定的狀態
這樣我覺得順多了
又好像是在潛水前,用力深吸一口氣的感覺,才能閉的久。
但這樣就不是腹式呼吸
也有人說怎麼舒服就怎樣吸,但我覺得應該會有一種最有效率的方法
不知像這樣細節的問題,大家怎麼看?
