深蹲蹲法問題 - 健身

最近練深蹲遇到一個練的比較久的朋友
他幫我調動作時叫我站與肩同寬
並且腳尖盡量不要外八 最多一點就好
說明我不要去學一些巨巨大師的影片
原因是我的髖關節柔軟度十分差,他們可以蹲到底我不行,一定程度會卡住
而且我本身有青蛙肢,叫我不站寬和外八挺難蹲的……
他是說修正方法是中心稍微往前不要都在後面
那一定倒,但其實心裡疑問就是雖然膝蓋超過腳尖是沒差的,不過不是不應該這樣嗎?反而
