深蹲造成髖關節不適 - 健身

最近照5~5~8~12的方式做
每一次做都覺得髖關節部分都有些不適
很像是無力造成疼痛
結果今天做到55公斤時
不是大腿沒力而是髖關節無法承受
之前在結束後會銜接髖部外展內收的機器訓練
現在做完深蹲做一下就快痛死
本人男性體重68
請問各位巨巨是深蹲動作上哪裡的問題會造成髖關節不適呢?
