肌肉收縮延展 vs 收縮固定 - 健身

最近上網翻倫敦奧運影片,翻到競技體操項目,看到男子選手們個個壯臂若猿,
忍不住多看了幾個小時,都在觀察各選手的Maso線條,無法自拔。
之後又陸續針對雙環,雙槓等等高難度動作翻了幾個影片,發現連非職業選手也
都算壯。
Anyways,我發現他們的動作都不是像健美一樣,利用肌肉的收縮和延展來執行訓
練,而多是用肌肉收縮固定來完成動作。

但是經過我以前看健美選手的影片,很多人都強調破壞肌肉纖維需要完全的收縮
及延展才能長大(Full ROM),跟體操選手的訓練有相衝突之處。
我想問的是,肌肉收縮延展跟收縮並維持施力相比,對達成雞肥大的效果相差很大
嗎?,請問就物理來說有什麼實際的差別呢?
實際的例子來說:上下拉單槓到完全力竭,跟拉到上面停住到力竭,維持肌肉壓力
,兩者對肌肉的運動難道不是相同的嗎?Why?
還有一個捆擾我很久的例子便是手肘撐地plank vs 吊單槓抬腿,一個是維持壓
力,一個是不斷收縮。常常擔心前者會違反健美精神,但是真的做又有酸到,不遜
於後者。
搞的我好亂呀!
請高手開示。
