淺水了好久 看到很多版友都很努力的減肥 我也來分享依下我的心得
大學的時候 因為有再當麻豆 所以體重都維持在67公斤 大四的時候要考研究所
加上失戀 就暴飲暴食 研究所考上了 卻也暴肥到78公斤 看到體重計的時候
簡直就是要哭出來了 碩一為了想要重新繼續大學的工作也想洗心革面當回瘦子
於是就實行了減重計畫 基本上就是少吃多運動這簡單的原則 早餐都吃全麥麵包
加上牛奶或是豆漿 午餐我是正常吃 但是還是少量 晚餐只吃燙過的白肉以及
燙青菜 平時只喝水 不喝任何飲料 一周去健身房三次 跑步先跑三十分鐘以後
再做重量訓練 假日時就打打籃球 基本上是這樣子
