小弟我睡眠品質不佳
個人較擔心的是肌肉長不大
因為練完24-48小時聽說是關鍵
不過很早就練了 下午5點練完
請問跟我一樣睡眠品質不佳的人多嗎?
會不會導致白練啊! 很虧.....
